Working in Apple Valley -salaries realistic?

I grew up here but left for a while. It's a a smaller city city with about 55,696 people. Homes are going for about $354,200 on average. The median home value here is around $354,200, which seems about average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Used to live on the Westside side, now on the Uptown side. Completely different vibe. I genuinely enjoy living here.
