Internet providers in Apple Valley?

OK so I'm single, late 40s, and Rent is about $1,165/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I wrong here? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
