Longtime lurker here, Rent is about $957/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Appleton sits at 275.6 per 100K. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
