OK so It's a a smaller city city with about 74,873 people. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Any help is appreciated. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
