Curious what people think. I work in marketing and Rent is about $957/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $211,500, which is actually reasonable. Homes are going for about $211,500 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
