The good and bad of living in Aquia Harbour

Been meaning to ask this. Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $444,700 on average. You can expect to pay around $2,660 for rent here. Household incomes average around $152,776 in Aquia Harbour. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Easy commute
- Walkable downtown
- Active local events

Cons:
- Hot summers
- Cold winters
- Lack of diversity
What do you all think? The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Public transit is hit or miss here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
