Hi all, With a population of 8,807, Aransas Pass is a small town. Poverty rate is 11.9%, which is around average. Rent is about $1,146/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Has anyone dealt with this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
