Hey everyone, I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $225,600 on average. Median household income is $103,456, which feels pretty solid for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Any advice would be great.
