I'm originally from Tucson and The median home value here is around $296,800, which seems about average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Worth the trade-offs? The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
