OK so Household incomes average around $57,255 in Arcade. The unemployment rate is 4.7%, which is about average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. Anyone in a similar situation? The city has invested a lot in new development.
