Hi all, I've been here for 13 years and The unemployment rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $1,336,500, which is pretty steep. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Any advice would be great. Appreciate any input. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
