Cost of living reality check -Arcadia

Curious what people think. It's a a smaller city city with about 55,550 people. Poverty rate is 5.1%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $2,118/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $1,336,500 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Thanks in advance! Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
