Moving to Arcadia for work -advice?

First post here. Crime rate is something to consider -Arcadia sits at 142.6 per 100K. The median home value here is around $1,336,500, which is pretty steep. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's exactly what I was looking for. Compared to Portland it's better than expected.

Used to live on the West side, now on the Maple Ridge side. Completely different vibe. I have mixed feelings honestly.

As someone who grew up here, I love the pace of life here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cultural scene used to be much developing but now it's average.

Weather-wise, the summers are improving and winters are established. You get used to it after the first year.
