Curious what people think. I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $116,142 in Arcadia. Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
