Raising a family in Arcadia -thoughts?

Anyone else feel this way? Is this normal for Arcadia? I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Moved here from Atlanta about 1 years ago. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Still getting used to walkability but Feel free to reach out with questions..
