What I wish I knew before living in Arcadia

Hey folks, My partner and I are With a population of 2,724, Arcadia is a small town. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

My experience has been mostly positive. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The only thing I'd watch out for is public transit. Other than that, Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
