OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $1,476/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $504,400 on average. Median household income is $71,767, which feels about average for the area. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
