Random thought, It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

I've been living here for 7 years and I'd say it was the best decision I ever made. The community vibe is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem average.

I've been here 9 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is job market. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the community vibe is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is surprisingly good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Westside side vs the Highland side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
