Hey, I work in media and Crime rate is something to consider -Arden-Arcade sits at 614.8 per 100K. Homes are going for about $504,400 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Anyone in a similar situation?

We moved here with our family and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Schools in East area are underrated. Kids love it here.

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 13 years here, that's my honest assessment.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I'm a HR manager and I've found it's not perfect but it works for me. The community is excellent and there's always something going on.
