Cheapest neighborhoods in Arden-Arcade?

Born and raised here. Poverty rate is 14.2%, which is around average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What would you do? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

I've been living here for 6 years and I'd say I genuinely enjoy living here. The safety is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..
