So, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 14.2%, which is around average. Homes are going for about $504,400 on average. The unemployment rate is 4.9%, which is about average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Worth the trade-offs? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
