Job market in Arden-Arcade for tech?

Random thought, The unemployment rate is 4.9%, which is about average. The median home value here is around $504,400, which is pretty steep. Poverty rate is 14.2%, which is around average. Median household income is $71,767, which feels about average for the area. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

We moved here with our family and it's not perfect but it works for me. Schools in Sunset area are tough. Kids love it here.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want housing market, then yeah this place is great. But if school system matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
