Hey, Been living here since 2021. Crime rate is something to consider -Arden-Arcade sits at 614.8 per 100K. The median home value here is around $504,400, which is pretty steep. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. What do you all think? Any help is appreciated. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
