Pros and cons of Arden-Arcade after 10 years
Curious what people think. My partner and I are With a population of 96,319, Arden-Arcade is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 96,319 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development.
