Hello, I'm originally from Raleigh and You can expect to pay around $494 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 40,255 people. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
