Hi all, Just moved here 7 months ago and The median home value here is around $110,900, which is actually reasonable. Homes are going for about $110,900 on average. Household incomes average around $21,984 in Arecibo zona urbana. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I wrong here? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up.
