Been meaning to ask this. Homes are going for about $128,100 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Argos sits at 139.5 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What do you all think? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
