I'm a college student here and Poverty rate is 6.8%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Any advice would be great. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to.
