Is Arizona City worth it salary-wise?
Hello, I work in insurance and With a population of 8,681, Arizona City is a small town. You can expect to pay around $973 for rent here. Average temperature is around 69--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
