Career opportunities in Arkadelphia, AR

Hey everyone, I've been here for 20 years and With a population of 10,316, Arkadelphia is a small town. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any advice would be great. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Weather-wise, the summers are improving and winters are manageable. You get used to it after the first year.

Bought a house here in 2017 and I love the pace of life here. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
