Is Arkadelphia still affordable?

Been meaning to ask this. Crime rate is something to consider -Arkadelphia sits at 382.4 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is cost of living. Other than that, Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
