Not sure if this has been asked before, but Rent is about $1,727/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $403,200 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Should I be concerned? Thanks! The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
