Hey, I grew up here but left for a while. Rent is about $1,727/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
