Studio apartments in Arlington -options?

Curious what people think. Been living here since 2021. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Anyone in a similar situation? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in North area are average. Kids love it here.
