Alright, I'm a 42-year-old electrician and The median home value here is around $276,400, which seems about average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thoughts? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much.
