First post here. I'm a teacher here and Average temperature is around 69°F, so the weather is moderate. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Does this match your experience? The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
