Pros and cons of Arlington after 6 years

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a teacher here and Average temperature is around 69°F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $73,519 in Arlington. Rent is about $1,389/month for a decent place. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Close to nature
- Good internet infrastructure
- Plenty of shopping options

Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- Boring for young people
- Limited cultural events
Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development.
