Starting a business in Arlington?

Curious what people think. I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $73,519 in Arlington. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

I've been living here for 3 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The weather is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

As someone who grew up here, the quality of life is solid. A lot has changed in the past few years though. safety used to be much developing but now it's tough.
