What surprised you most about Arlington?

Alright, We have two kids and Rent is about $1,389/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $73,519 in Arlington. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, the quality of life is solid. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
