Arlington quality of life — am I missing something?

It's a a mid-size city city with about 235K people. With a population of 235K, Arlington is a mid-size city. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I wrong here? The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want walkability, then yeah this place is great. But if food scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
