Is public transit usable in Arlington?

Hi all, I'm a college student here and Rent is about $2,275/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $140,160 in Arlington. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Bought a house here in 2021 and I have mixed feelings honestly. Property values have gone about the same since then.
