I'm a college student here and Crime rate is something to consider -Arlington sits at 234.5 per 100K. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development.
