I'm a college student here and Median household income is $137,799, which feels pretty solid for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I wrong here? Thanks for reading. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to.
