Considering Arnold vs San Diego -help me decide

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Household incomes average around $75,194 in Arnold. With a population of 20,884, Arnold is a small town. Poverty rate is 6.8%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Is this normal for Arnold? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

I'm a real estate agent and I've found it's been a really good experience overall. The community is decent and there's always something going on.
