Thinking about relocating to Arnold from Albuquerque

I'm retired and Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 6.8%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $209,700 on average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Used to live on the West side, now on the Riverside side. Completely different vibe. the quality of life is solid.

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The community vibe is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Public transit is improving here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it exceeded my expectations.
