Is Arroyo Seco still affordable?

So, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a small town city with about 2,107 people. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance! Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are tough, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Portland it's tough.
