First post here. I've been here for 10 years and The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $875 for rent here. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Anyone in a similar situation? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Minneapolis, I was surprised by public transit. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
