Planning a move to Artesia -neighborhoods?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Rent is about $875/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks in advance!

Bought a house here in 2021 and I have mixed feelings honestly. Property values have gone about the same since then.
