Starting a business in Arthur?

Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Worth the trade-offs?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Compared to New York it's average.

Hot take but it's not perfect but it works for me. I know a lot of people disagree but after 4 years here, that's my honest assessment.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from Boston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in West. It's decent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in education. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally underrated. It took about 15 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like Southern.

Hope this helps!.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Compared to Denver it's hit or miss.

The food scene here is tough. Tons of great Vietnamese places. I love the pace of life here.
