Is it worth buying in Artondale?

OK so You can expect to pay around $2,121 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Artondale sits at 213.1 per 100K. Rent is about $2,121/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Pros:
- Good job market
- Lots of new development
- Strong sense of community
- Walkable downtown

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- High property taxes
- Boring for young people
- Not enough green space
It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Moved here from Tampa about 15 years ago. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Still getting used to pet-friendliness but Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want weather, then yeah this place is great. But if community vibe matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I genuinely enjoy living here. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are underrated, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
